Our Terminals: Consistent High Quality
 If
you are the buyer for your company, save yourself embarrassment and
look like a hero! Who needs a terminal that works OK but has dirt,
gunk, and paperclips left in the keyboard by the previous user? Why buy
a monitor with a dim and blurry screen? Since 1987, we have been
refurbishing our terminals in-house to ensure our customers receive
consistently high quality hardware.
Our Terminals: Attention to Detail
At Commerce Computer each terminal is given a workout before it's
shipped. We open up monitors and blow out accumulated dust; we brighten
and focus every tube; we repaint the case if that is needed; we
disassemble keyboards, blow them out, wash the covers, and using a
proprietary technique, we clean the tops and sides of each and every
keycap. Every keyboard cable is carefully cleaned, or replaced when
necessary.
Immediate Terminal Support
We
get a lot of compliments. But no one is perfect, and sometimes we do
ship something that fails prematurely. In these rare cases, you will
receive prompt technical help, and if the problem cannot be resolved
over the phone, we'll ship a replacement. We are well aware you have other choices, and we want to give you every reason to keep coming back.
