We know you need to be sure you're
getting your money's worth when you buy refurbished printers. That is why when we prepare your printer order, we:

•	Remove all of the covers and carefully clean out paper dust, paper jams, and grime
•	Inspect gears
•	Replace failing components
•	Replace cracked drive belts
•	Inspect plastic covers and replace cracked panels
•	Replace acoustic foam as needed
•	Paint covers as needed
•	Replace dry rubber rollers
•	Adjust and tighten paper sensors
•	Test all paper paths to ensure that they feed smoothly
•	Clean ink, paper dust, and grime out of the printhead
•	Replace the ribbon as needed
•	Reassemble and retest
•	Pack the printer securely in a new box

We get a lot of compliments. But no one is perfect, and sometimes we do ship something that fails prematurely. In these rare cases, you will receive prompt technical help and, if the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we'll ship a replacement.
