to withstand ground shipment--saving you money.
Of course, when you need a printer fast, we
offer express shipment options.

and sometimes we do ship something that fails
prematurely. In these rare cases, you will
receive prompt technical help and, if the problem
cannot be resolved over the phone, we'll ship
a replacement--and do it with a smile. We are
